Northern California District Member, Brian Waters, Making a Difference in Restoring Fish Resources to Urban Streams

Northern California District member, Brian Waters (Emeritus Member), along with his friend Reginald Barry and members of the group Friends of Orinda Creeks, spent more than a decade fighting for the restoration of urban streams to support fishery resources. Their efforts paid off last fall when more than 100 Rainbow Trout were observed in San Pablo Creek after disappearing more than half a century ago following dam construction.
