The Annual Meeting of the AIFRB Executive was held August 16-17, 2008 in Ottawa, Canada in the L’Orangerie Room, at the Chateau Laurier. The AIFRB reception was held on Sunday, August 17th, from 5:30-7:00pm. Awards were made to Dr. John Magnuson (Outstanding Achievement Award), Tom Keegan (Distinguished Service Award), and Clarke Hubbs Research Assistance Award winners- J. Marcus Drymon, University of South Alabama (Fredin Fellowship) and Talia Bigelow, University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
